Sheered Kitchen offers fully equipped kitchens, prep tables, walk in coolers, freezers, and dry storage, fully equipped Commercial Bakery and Certified Dairy kitchen, Commercial Kitchen OC a great way for restaurants, bakers, ice cream & gelato makers, juicing, catering, meal prep delivery, consumer packaged goods, farmers market prep and packaging, private cooking, or even high-end pet food, ingrediencies R&D and everything in between to grow and expand, and we are available 24/7. In addition to your own customers pick up and your delivery service, we are partnered with Doordash, Uber Eats pick-up, for your convenience we have significant parking around our building.

6am-10pm $14.00 p/h per table; 10pm -6am $12.00 p/h per table
Sheered Kitchen Cold & Hot Prep:
6am-10pm $20.00 p/h per table; 10pm -6am $18.00 p/h per table
Commercial Fully Equipped Bakery:
Exclusive Use $3850.00 p/month + $1500.00 p/month utility's
6am-10pm $45.00 p/h ; 10pm -6am $35.00 p/h
Certified Dairy Room:
Exclusive Use $2850.00 p/month + $650.00 p/month utility's
6am-10pm $30.00 p/h ; 10pm -6am $25.00 p/h
Dry storage: 1 shelf $7.50 per linear foot per month
Walk-in cooler: 1 shelf $17.50 per linear foot
