Shared Kitchen Ithaca is a community development project create a shared-use commercial kitchen in Ithaca, New York. We will be opening in April 2025. Our 4000 square foot commercial kitchen is equipped with ranges, a char broiler, a fryer, Rationale Combi Oven, 3-Level Italian steam injection electric deck oven, Blodgett convection ovens, a 40 gallon tilt skillet, blast chiller, ice maker, proofers, dough sheeter, mixers, food processors and more. Also, our facility includes a large walk in cooler, freezer, and a loading dock. We also provide business support and incubation services to our members. Come join our friendly community of food entrepreneurs!
We have a tiered system of pricing for time used which goes from a high of $25/hr for minimal hours to $15/hr for extensive hours. We also charge a yearly membership fee of $185 and there are charges for dry and cold storage. Please see our website for more specific information.
