Peoples Kitchen is a 1,362 SF kitchen located in South Austin. This kitchen has a walk-in cooler, a reach-in freezer, a 6 burner stove top with attached ovens, a 24-inch electric flat-top, multiple stainless steel tables, 2 Hobart mixers, and a Hobart meat slicer, a three-bay sink, a high-temperature dishwasher, and a Vulcan double oven. We also have a commercial juicer that can be available upon negotiation. All utensils, bowls, etc are shared so there is no need to bring your own! We are a gluten flour-free kitchen so any renters interested cannot use flour or cook any dishes that contain gluten in the oven or on the flat-top. We are not a gluten-free kitchen- we do assemble sandwiches and tacos here that are not gluten-free (We use a dedicated surface to prepare these.) The facility we are located in has two conference rooms, a break room, and a locker room with a separate shower room for employee use.
