This is a unique opportunity. I have down time in my kitchen. I am a Baker I have 1 convention that has 10 racks and a smaller over that has 3 racks. I have 3 prep tables, a 20 quart mixer in addition to 3 table top 6 qt kitchen Aids. I have two refrigerators and 3 freezers. I also have a retail outlet attached to my kitchen. I bake sweets cupcakes, wedding cakes and other specialty desserts. I do not have a hood so nothing can be fried. Good match would be a Bread Baker. As we are looking to get into a bit of food and we already have coffee.
I am a bit flexible depending on what your needs are. If you're looking for a few hours that is one thing if your thinking you could need 20 hours a week or more and like to sell out of the retail location that would be another thing.
