Our experienced team tackles production and hosts tastings in our green certified headquarters in East Palo Alto, including a 22,000 square foot solar-powered workspace.
This kitchen is offering up their commercial kitchen space on weekends (Sat/Sun) from 6am-6pm.
*There are over 10 prep stations and a plethora of equipment!
Pricing
$50/hr with an 8 hour minimum per week.
*Outside smallware not permitted. $30 daily smallware fee checkout required for mixing bowls, pots, pans, and speed racks.
*Cleaning staff on site and is made available. Only knives, paper goods, and aluminum/plastic wrap are required by renter to bring in for prep. No other equipment allowed inside and in house products have to be used at daily charge.
(20% consult fee is taken at renters expense for hourly/monthly bookings.)
