I have a Fully Certified and Health Department approved, Commercial Kitchen in the basement of my house that I rent out. I used to have a successful Gluten Free baking business, but can no longer bake due to physical limitations. My house is in Canton, CT and I live there with my husband and three children. The kitchen has a large Blodgett Convection Oven, microwave, a small fridge and large freezer. There is a 6qrt Mixer and lots baking pans, mixing bowls and cooking utensils. The kitchen is impeccably clean and there is plenty of storage space. We are flexible with the rental terms (short term or long term). The kitchen is open 7am-7pm Monday-Sunday.
