    Description

    We are a small Department of Agriculture licensed bakery/community kitchen conveniently located in Inman Park. We have established a membership program by which we issue memberships to those individuals and entities eligible and invited to join . All memberships constitute a license to use and enjoy the facilities and are subject to the terms and conditions of our membership policies and rules and regulations
    *WE ARE NOT PERMITTED TO HOST FOOD TRUCK OPERATORS*
    The facilities of Elizabeth Street Baker presently include or are planned to include the following "Food Preparation Facility":
    Elizabeth Street baking kitchen
    Food preparation stations
    Sales “pop up” window

    The following “Non-Food Preparation Facilities” presently or planned to be included:
    Dry, Cold and Frozen storage spaces
    Dishwashing area
    Bathroom
    Office Area
    Dumpster
    Recycling
    Loading and unloading zone

    Pricing

    FT: $1250.00
    Members paying dues in the Full Time (FT) category shall be entitled to use the Food Preparation Facilities up to 100 hours per month without additional charge. Allocated monthly hours may only be used in the month of allocation. Hours may not be banked or borrowed from month to month. Unused hours may not be accumulated or carried over from one month to the next. FT members may purchase additional hours in any given month, subject to availability, at the rate established by the Operator. Members in the FT category may schedule use hours up to 30-days in advance. In addition, members in the FT category are entitled to the following:

    Three dry storage areas assigned by Operator;
    One large cooler space assigned by Operator:
    One large freezer shelf space assigned by Operator
    Dishwashing and Drying area; and
    Right to reserve on a first-come, first-served basis the Pop Up Window outside of dedicated Queen of Cream Pop Up hours.

    PT: $800.00
    Members paying dues in the Part Time (PT) category shall be entitled to use the Food Preparation Facilities up to 50 hours per month without additional charge. Allocated monthly hours may only be used in the month of allocation. Hours may not be banked or borrowed from month to month. Unused hours may not be accumulated or carried over from one month to the next. PT members may purchase additional hours in any given month, subject to availability, at the rate established by the Operator. Members in the PT category may schedule use hours up to 20-days in advance. In addition, members in the PT category are entitled to the following:

    Two dry storage spaces assigned by Operator;
    One medium cooler space assigned by Operator:
    One small freezer space assigned by Operator;
    Dishwashing and drying area; and
    Right to reserve on a first-come, first-served basis the Pop Up Window outside of dedicated Queen of Cream Pop Up hours.

    Pop Up: $150.00
    Members paying dues in the Pop Up category shall be entitled to use the Food Preparation Facilities up to 15 hours per month without additional charge. Allocated monthly hours may only be used in the month of allocation. Hours may not be banked or borrowed from month to month. Unused hours may not be accumulated or carried over from one month to the next. Pop Up members may purchase additional hours in any given month, subject to availability, at the rate established by the Operator. Members in the Pop Up category may schedule use hours up to 14 days in advance. In addition, members in the Pop Up category are entitled to the following:

    One dry storage area assigned by Operator;
    One small cooler space assigned by Operator:
    Dishwashing and Drying area; and
    Right to reserve on a first-come, first-served basis the Pop Up Window outside of dedicated Queen of Cream Pop Up hours.

    HOURLY: $25.00 hour

    Members paying dues in the Hourly category shall be entitled to use the Food Preparation Facilities on an hourly basis without additional charge. Allocated monthly hours may only be used in the month of allocation. Hours may not be banked or borrowed from month to month. Unused hours may not be accumulated or carried over from one month to the next. Hourly members may purchase additional hours in any given month, subject to availability, at the rate of $25 an hour. Members in the Hourly category may schedule use hours up to 14 days in advance. In addition, members in the Hourly category are entitled to the following:

    One temporary dry storage area assigned by Operator;
    One temporary cooler space assigned by Operator:
    Dishwashing and Drying area;
    The right to reserve on a first-come, first-served basis the Pop Up Window outside of dedicated Queen of Cream Pop Up hours.
    Members and non members hosting pop up events at the window will be required to forfeit 10% gross profits from their respective event. Host will be allowed a 6 hour window before the event for food prep. ELIZABETH STREET reserves the right to be the sole provider and seller of hot and cold beverages for window events. If a host requires use of outside beverages, the host will be required to pay additional fees associated with outside beverage sales to be determined prior to the event. Window reservations will be on a first come first serve basis outside of dedication Queen of Cream pop up hours.
