Currently used as a full service Off Premise Catering Company in operation for over 60 years. the commissary has ample refrigeration storage and working freezer storage and possible freezer expansion as well as dry storage and outdoor container storage. The right Food service operation would have use of the facility for prep, parking, storage and possible unattended delivery of there operational needs. candidate must be able to share space and share cleaning duties as well as be organized and willing to work together. we will back ground check all candidates. the prior food truck operator that was with us outgrew or facility but still uses our property for temporary storage.
