Our commercial kitchen can be available 24/7 depending on usage!
Our 2500 sq ft commercial kitchen houses two major businesses; C. Jacks Quiche and Fresh Out Foods – Doughs, Batters and Goodies; who are in operation Mon-Fri 8:00am-6:00pm, but we do not use the whole area!
As of today (June 15th, 2020) we have 5 other small businesses utilizing the space and have lots of times and space left for YOU! (It’s tons of fun watching other businesses grow and thrive!)

Pricing
Base hourly rate is $22 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours a week. Payment is due prior to your next week's usage. Hourly rates are considered on a case-by-case basis. The more hours you need, the lower your hourly rate. Payments made for a month in advance can also reduce your hourly rate.
