We are offering a fully operational commercial kitchen, 2400 sq. ft. of prep and cooking space. The kitchen will be used by the current owners for catering and contract services but are looking to lease the space on a shared basis. Our location is ideal for a ghost or cloud kitchen concept as we are within 1 mile of the I-275 corridor and centrally located in the Westland, Canton, Plymouth, Novi area. We can offer assistance with menu planning, staff cooking/prep, marketing and website development or any steps along the way.
We have walk-in freezer and cooler space, dry storage space, prep and packaging tables/areas.
We are looking for long term, professional foodservice individuals to share our space with but we understand that short term testing and trials are a must in the current conditions so we will work on a short term basis to start.
