    We are a business incubation kitchen for entrepreneurs looking to start a dessert, pastries or baked goods based business or for existing food businesses looking to outsource a portion of their production. We offer contract baking and small scale co-packing services only. This means we bake the product in bulk for you at our commercial kitchen and then deliver the product to you for you to sell (pick up also offered). This allows you to not have to acquire or pay for food manager certification, food dealer's permit, kitchen inspection, and food manufacturer license as you will not be doing the production process. Our fully licensed and permitted team does the baking for you. We can either work with your recipe or create recipes for you and we also offer extensive consultation services. Co-packing facilities will often not allow businesses with low production amounts, so we are a great choice for those looking for a smaller scale, affordable option.

    Pricing

    We price depending on how much product you would like produced, not based on time. We price at low wholesale unit rates depending on what type of dessert you need. This allows rates to be more affordable than if you were to rent your own kitchen space. We are also a no-commitment necessary manufacturer. For example, if you try 50 cookies a week and it doesn't sell, you can lower the amount you would like us to produce the next week and can take a break at any time. We also offer dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage space if needed.
