We are looking for a new partner to share our commercial kitchen located near Fishermen's Terminal. Easy access to main roads.
Shared with only 2 other businesses - one a mobile wood-fired catering company & the other a pre-order catering business. You'd be our third. The space is often left completely empty in the afternoons so you can take over and do your thing all on your own. Mornings tend to be fairly busy but we all work as a team to share and it works great.
$1750 month plus 1/4 of utilities (gas, water, electricity & garbage - ranges from 250-350 a month) - Up to 3 workers plus owner.
You get two dedicated spaces - one for your prep work (10X8) & the other for storage (10X10) & 2 shelves in our walk in. The current tenant is moving and is also offering their reach in they bought less than a year ago for sale if interested.

We also have room in the yard for a 10X10 storage unit if you like ($150 a month).
