Merry Meeting Kitchen is a small, shared-use commercial kitchen located on the Brunswick Landing, just off the Cook’s Corner Route 1 exit in Brunswick.
Designed with community, farmers and producers in mind, our space is great for projects like product development, special harvest processing and canning, and community or catering events.
Our kitchen is best equipped for short term renting, such as a month of weekends making jelly with your seasons crops, a catering event, class, or pop-up. Long term, irregular rentals, like making prepared foods once or twice a month, also fit well. Our space is welcoming to new businesses needing an incubator as they work to fill a bigger space, or get their own kitchen up and running.
With 24 hour a day kitchen access, and space for only one group, you will enjoy the privacy of our quiet corner of the landing! The building is also home to a small marketplace and online store, where renters are invited to sell their items.
We issue weekly leases, and book and charge hourly rates. Our space is entirely carry-in carry-out. Merry Meeting kitchen has plenty of parking with easy access to the kitchen and walk-in cooler.
Your rental includes our facility’s equipment:
-2 industrial ovens
-1 convention oven
-6 burner gas range
-Steam Kettle
-Walk-in storage
-3 bay sink and dish pit
-2 speed racks
We also have a greenhouse and garden event space, complete with heat and electricity available for rent. This is perfect for an alternative space for a class or contest, or to eat dinner!
Pricing
We charge and book hourly. Our rates are 28$/hr for the space. This rate increases to 35$/hr while you use gas.
