Built-out in May, 2016 in Airpark Business Center, we have a commercial kitchen that's certified and regulated by the Department of Agriculture in Nashville, TN for lease. It will be avail August 1st, 2019.
The commissary is a raw commercial space so there is no cooking equipment on site. However, upon lease signing and approval by the landlord, you are allowed to hire a contractor to update the space to fit your needs with regards to necessary equipment, electrical, etc.
The facility is 2500sf - 1/4 office space with break room + kitchenette, 1/4 commercial kitchen space, 1/2 warehouse space for shipping/receiving/storage. Equipment will need to be purchased before I move out and a new lease is signed.
