The space had a front seating section, outdoor seating, which leads to an observation kitchen and a long bar. Behind the bar are double doors to the kitchen where there is a triple dish sink, prep sink and mop sink, additional refrigeration, prep tables and storage, from there is a shared back patio.

Pricing
$25 an hour, min 20 hours a month, storage fees. I'd love to have permanent tenant where we share the storefront & operate 2 restaurants in 1 space. I do not use the hood/stove area.
