Starts at 10-30 hours/week (40 hours per month minimum) at $25/hr. Month-to-month lease. $1000 Deposit due at signing.

We offer an exclusive, clean, commercially-licensed space shared with carefully-screened renters so you don’t have to worry about the overhead of leasing or building out your own commercial kitchen. Clean, quiet and flexible/available hours. No fighting for space to work or working with several businesses at the same time like most rental kitchens. This is not your average large, messy, chaotic shared kitchen space. We require respect of the property, belongings and a high diligence with regard to clean-up/cleanliness.

NOTE:
This is a registered licensed dairy plant/manufacturing kitchen, requiring a HIGH standard of cleanliness.
Not suitable for large (full time) meal prep operations *but possibly in the future
No children, pets or non-kitchen staff on property.
There is no dock/roll up doors on premises
There is no dish machine on premises (3-sink available)
There is no AC on premises so June-Sept it is warm in the kitchen.
Must have ServSafe Certification and General Liability Insurance

Pricing

Rate is $25/hr (min 40hrs/month.) Utilities are included.
$1000 due at contract signing.
10-30 hours/week are available with potential room for growth.
