We're looking for someone to share our restaurant space. (approx 1500 sqft)
We currently operate from 12-8 Mon- Sat but are looking to just focus on dinner going forward.
This would be a great opportunity for a lunch time concept to take over or catering team looking for day time space.
This would also be ideal for an early morning or overnight baker.
The store located in very good location, high visibility along Colorado Blvd in Eagle Rock.
We have plenty of fridge space and would have at least one dedicated reach in along with shared space in our other fridges and freezers.
The space is well equipped with all of the small items one could need (knives and utensils, cutting boards, mixing bowls, sheet pans, etc) which would happily be shared.
We also have a great collection of small and large appliances including multiple food processors, blenders, convection ovens, hand mixers, etc. Please inquire about any specific equipment.
Pricing
The price would be negotiable depending on usage but would range from $1000 to $3000 per month (on a month to month basis).
An hourly rate for short term usage would also be considered.
