For the renter it is a great deal because you will have full access to our kitchen and equipment 24/7 for a meager price compared to per hour rent at a commercial shared kitchen. Sublet comes with dedicated dry + cold + freezer storage. Look at pricing for details

    1. Rent our 250 sq feet freezer space good for storing frozen food. Freezer maintains a temperature of 0 to 15 degree. Not good for storing ice cream.

    facility is a Department of Agriculture approved location. Soon to acquire USDA licensing as well

    Rent for sharing the kitchen and all its equipment + two 6 feet dedicated work tables + 30 sq feet (10' by 3') dry storage + 20 sq (8' by 2.5' feet) cold storage + 50 sq feet freezer space (24/7 usage access, Not billed per hour) = $2300 per month flat (Utilities included)

    Rent for 250 sq feet freezer space with 24/7 access = $1500 including utilities
