Please note that this is a confections kitchen so equipment is limited to mixers, induction burners, a fridge, and convection oven. If you have your own equipment you need to bring, just let us know.
We can accommodate other sweets/confections makers, however, we cannot have savory foods or meat.
We are also a certified Kosher kitchen so please know that all ingredients used must be Kosher. All raw materials are naturally considered Kosher (i.e. sugar, fruit, vegetables, etc.) Any other ingredient will be marked with a "K", "U", "OU", or "Parve" on the label. Please feel free to reach out with any questions to verify if your ingredients are Kosher.
We keep our kitchen very clean and tidy and ask that everyone do the same. We have cleaning solutions, a broom, and a mop that are available to use after a shift. You must be responsible for your own ingredients. You may use our utensils and cookware. We have shelf storage space that can be rented as well.
You must have general liability insurance and a food handler's license.
Pricing is done in blocks of 6-8 hours during our hours of operation. Please contact to coordinate!
