3 three-tier chrome-plated wire shelving w/ caster wheels (60" x 24")
2 cooling racks (20 tiers, 60" x 24")
1 prep sink
1 3-chamber sink
We have a moderate amount of shelf space available as well to store ingredients. We are a gluten-free kitchen, so we ask that you only bake/cook gluten free items to avoid cross-contamination.
