We have designed a concept for local businesses getting started to be able to use a fully certified kitchen to process, develop and create new kinds of food and recipes for consumer distribution. Within this concept of TEST KITCHEN we have also provided space for small retail distribution location all at reasonable rates starting from $1,500/mo. The Test Kitchen is a 3,000 sf small business food court + commissary kitchen with the mission to foster upcoming entrepreneurs.
We also offer on-site dry storage and cold storage options on property exclusively for our Test Kitchen Members. As they say in real estate, Location, Location, Location. What better Location than McCully Shopping Center, one of Hawaii's hottest strip centers. We offer wide varieties of restaurants and services and now an opportunity to develop, build and distribute your dream, products AND ideas. We made the investment, it's up to you to take the opportunity since there are NO bad ideas in the Test Kitchen.

We have various membership plans and tiered rates to suit your needs.
We have rates as low as $168+tax/mo. to start off your food business
(rates subject to vary depending on monthly kitchen hour usage commitment).

We also have 4 kiosk spaces available for a minimum of 6 months to a year license agreements. For 2022 ~ 2023, we have 1. Waffle & Berry; 2. Ohana Poke House; 3. Yi Ping Ma La Tang; and 4. Bake N Break for our 1st Cohort. We like to keep the licenses short so you can test your new venture and not be bounded by long contracts as well as give opportunities to others starting their businesses.
