We have been in business for 23 years providing personal chef, catering and private flight catering to the DFW Metroplex. We understand what it takes to create a kitchen and environment that is a joy to work in and kept extremely clean. This is a shared used kitchen and we are only looking for 1 or 2 renters to share our space. We have ample dry storage, cold storage, prep areas, double stack convection oven, fryer, 6 burner stove, walkin and commercial dishwasher and more. We are surrounded by 3 grocery stores and convenient location where NRH, Colleyville and Southlake all merge but only 15 minutes from downtown Fort Worth.

The most availability is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday after 3 pm until 7 am. Thursday after 12 noon and all day on Friday and all weekend. However, for the right fit business we are happy to accommodate any hours and days.

WE DO NOT ALLOW TEMPORARY RENTERS OR FOOD TRUCKS. We have mandatory 10 hour minimum per week.

Pricing

We rent our kitchen for $25 an hour with a minimum of 10 hours per week. This includes dry storage, cold storage, etc with NO OTHER FEES. A flat monthly rate can be discussed for an anchor tenant that needs access 24/7.

Must have rental contract on file, valid Food Manager's certification, inspection certificate by the city of NRH Health Department and valid business liability insurance.
