A and J Kitchen is located 10 minutes from downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The kitchen has 3 separate areas for prep, cooking and dishwashing, an ADA compliant restroom and a storage room. There is parking for food trucks.
There is also a room reserved for events such as meetings, fund raisers and parties which will be available in the spring. All utilities and Wi-fi are included.
Rates are $20 an hour. Open storage for dry food and equipment is free. If you want secured storage it is $25 for equipment or for dry food, $20 a shelf for cold storage.
