Description

A and J Kitchen is located 10 minutes from downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. The kitchen has 3 separate
areas for prep, cooking and dishwashing, an ADA compliant restroom and storage, both secured and open.
There is also a room reserved for events such as meetings, fund raisers, parties and pop ups which is available
to renters at no charge. If you want to host a family party you may use the kitchen for free also. If you are cooking
for a charity/fund raiser you may be allowed to use the kitchen for free. A and J Kitchen will decide on an individual
basis.
This room seats 25-30 people with a capacity of 49 total. It is available at no charge for anyone wishing to
host a birthday party, bridal or baby shower, game night, book club, etc. Food must be catered by A and J Kitchen or
one it's approved renters.
All utilities and Wi-fi are included.

Pricing

Rates are $20 an hour. Open storage for dry food and equipment is free. If you want secured storage it is $25 for equipment or for dry food, $20 a shelf for cold storage. Food trucks are required to pay $80 a month for listing the kitchen as their commissary on their permit with the Board of Health. Any extra hours that are needed will be charged $20 an hour.
