Join the newest shared commercial kitchen in Central IL! Managed by Bradley University and the Turner Center for Entrepreneurship, we are more than a shared commercial kitchen: we are a community. At A Matter of Taste Kitchen, you have the full support of the Turner Center and our no-cost advising. Plus, we are the only kitchen around with a Tandoor oven! Get ready to make some naan bread.

The facility also includes a function room that would be available for rent. Please contact us for pricing.

Pricing

Standard Rate (no minimum number of hours): $75 / hour for exclusive access to the full kitchen, including three prep tables and all appliances. Lower rates are available by booking 5 or more hours a month. Currently, through June 1, we have lowered our pricing. Current pricing levels:

Standard Rate: no montly minimum $50/ hour.
Room Temperature: 5 hours/month at $40
Warm: 10 hours/month at $35 / hour
Medium Heat: 20 hours/month at $30 / hour
Rapid Boil: 40 hours/month at $25 / hour
A Matter of Taste Anchor Tenant: 50 hours/month at $20 / hour
A Matter of Taste Anchor Tenant - Gold*: 60 hours/month at $15 / hour
A Matter of Taste Anchor Tenant - Platinum**: 70 hours/month at $13 / hour
