Part-Time Package – $900/month

-120 hours per month (30 hours/week)

Hourly Package – $300/month
Designed for businesses needing occasional kitchen use.
-15 hours per week (60 hours/month)

Private Room Package – $2,000/month
For independent tenants looking for a dedicated workspace.

Short-Term & Pop-Up Options
