Description

Alchemist Kitchen is a commissary kitchen available for rent in north Sacramento and a project of Alchemist CDC, a Sacramento-based 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
The kitchen is only available to rent on a monthly membership basis, with priority first given businesses in the Alchemist Kitchen Incubator Program. We are not able to make the kitchen available for one-off rentals. If you are interested in our Incubator Program please visit https://alchemistcdc.org/ama/ and fill out the interest form.
Our Kitchen is currently at capacity and are not accepting new users. If you would like to join the waiting list, please fill out the form below. When space becomes available we will reach out to businesses in order on the waiting list. Joining our kitchen involves several steps:
1) An in-person tour of the kitchen to make sure it’s a good fit for your business and to answer any questions you may have
2) A separate in-person orientation, which takes about an hour. At this orientation we will go through the policies and procedures of the kitchen. We will sign you up in our online booking and payment platform. You will sign a contract and we expect you to provide: a business license, food permit, ServSafe certification, and proof of insurance.

Pricing

Monthly member rates are available with the per hour price descending as more hours are committed. Full monthly rate prices are available at https://tinyurl.com/AKfees. There are additional discounts for participants of our food business incubator programs (or partner programs).
