The Salt Road Food Hub is a shared food manufacturing facility located in Paterson NJ. We specialize in vegan/vegetarian and gluten free foods (we can accommodate gluten containing products depending on the product specifics). We are a meat-free facility.

Products made in the Salt Road facility are sold in Whole Foods Market and many other stores. Brands include such names as New York Naturals Kale Chips, The Kale Factory, Planted Eats, Louie's Luncheonette, Noah's Pudding and Think Baked.
We have a 10,000 square foot facility with 3,000 square feet of production space, a large walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer and a climate controlled warehouse. Our facility has, in addition to the usual accessories such as sinks and tables, a Revent automated double rack oven, a large Hobart mixer, a 44 quart Robot Coup and 23 quart Robot Coupe, a 40 quart steam kettle, tilt skillets, piston fillers, convection ovens, packaging equipment (such as vibratory pouch filler) and more.
Facility space is available on daily, weekly or monthly basis
We also can co-pack your vegan, gluten-free products.
We also provide brand support services such as wholesale fulfillment (shipping your product to stores) and setting up for sales on Amazon.
By the shift: $250 for an 8 hour shift.
By the hour: $35 for full kitchen, $15 for prep only.
