Our building is a breakfast café place, meaning it has all the kitchen appliances you may need, and it has a seating area, if needed. It can be used to prepare any kind of dinner food for your business. It meets all the requirements of cleanliness and safety requirements. It is perfect if you are looking for a ghost kitchen to run your delivery only business from. Its great if you’re a private chef and you’re looking to teach cooking classes. This is a great option for those who don’t want the cost of buying a whole kitchen but instead renting it for a few hours of the day. It is open 7 days of the week from 3 pm to 5 am.
Annual Membership - $100 ( if you want something long term)
Otherwise, $25 per hour rented.
