$35 per hour. Reduced price for pre-paid hours. daily rental, weekly rental and monthly rental are available. must have your own active liability insurance and health department permit for selling of food products. kitchen space is for food preparation only and not for retail use.

here is our requirements . TENANT REQUIREMENTS (San Diego County Compliance)
• Maintain a valid Health Permit issued by the County of San Diego DEHQ. (Provide when approved)
• Designate a Certified Food Safety Manager and ensure all employees hold valid Food Handler Cards.
• Maintain liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate, naming Sublessor and landlord as additional insured.
• $300 deposit prior to first reservation
• 5 hours minimum monthly
