Audacity Kitchen is a boutique commissary designed to meet your culinary needs while providing flexibility and convenience to support your business journey.

Our kitchen pod is a compact, versatile unit equipped with a four-burner range, a convection oven, a flat-top grill, and a charbroiler. The baking pod features a convection oven and various mixers, while the prep area is our largest and most popular space, complete with a walk-in freezer and refrigeration.

We welcome a variety of food businesses, including food trucks, caterers, cooking classes, and event hosts. Each area is equipped with refrigeration and essential equipment for your use. The kitchen is also available for pop-up events to help promote your business.

For your convenience, we offer dry goods storage, as well as refrigeration and freezer space available for monthly rental, ensuring you are always well-prepared.

To become a tenant at Audacity Kitchen, you’ll need to provide a signed contract, a signed copy of the kitchen guidelines, and a security deposit if you plan to apply for a business license (such as a Food Establishment License, Retail License, or Vendor License), your contract must cover the duration of your license activity.
