Description

Bedford Collab is a fully equipped shared-use commercial kitchen designed to empower foodpreneurs, caterers, farmers, and small-batch producers. The facility features six ovens, ten burners, a tilt skillet, charbroiler, and a heavy-duty floor mixer, everything needed for high-volume production. With vertical aeroponic towers providing year-round fresh produce, members can integrate locally grown ingredients directly into their creations.

The space also includes ample dry, refrigerated, and freezer storage, providing flexibility for diverse culinary operations. Beyond equipment, Bedford Collab fosters a collaborative culture of success, connecting members to a supportive network of peers, business resources, and local food initiatives, all working together to strengthen Evansville’s local food economy.

Pricing

Small Scale Program: Minimum usage of 3 hours is required. You will be charged the
hourly rate based on your selected time for each hour. Must pay in full before using the
kitchen. (*Must schedule times 3 days in advance)

Hourly Rate when booked between 6:00 am - 11:00 pm: $80.00
Hourly Rate when booked between 11:00 pm - 6:00 am: $50.00

Prep food can only be stored for one-night at $15.00, multiple nights for storage will be
charged $25.00 for each shelf occupied.

Access to all cooking equipment but must book in advance

If a time increase is needed the current amount is double

Membership Monthly Rental Plans

Nonprofit: $200/month = $50/week

Startups: $250/month = $62.50/week

As you scale, we add $50 every 6 months to get to $400. At that time, you would be
upgraded to the Business Builder Membership Package.

o 12 hours a week

Food Truck Program: $325/month = $81.25/week during food truck season (between
April - November).

o 20 hours a week

o Parking of truck overnight,
o Wastewater dumping,
o Grease dumping,

*Off season (not operating business December - March): $80.00 a month to keep food
truck program active membership.

Business Builder: $400/month = $100/week

o 30 hours a week

Thriving Business Program: $550/month = $137.50/week

o 42 hours a week

Anchored Business Programs: $800/month = $200/week (Only available for 4
businesses total).

o 56 hours a week
