The kitchen includes three fully equipped commercial kitchens across two floors, serviced by an elevator:

Kitchen 2 & Kitchen 3 – Our primary culinary kitchens. Each kitchen comfortably accommodates 6–8 people and can operate independently or be combined to host 16–18 people.


Kitchen 1 – Our raw prep and baking studio, ideal for 3–4 people.


The facility is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Tenants receive a private access code and schedule kitchen time through our booking platform, The Food Corridor. We are currently accepting new tenants based on preferred start dates and scheduling needs.

Please note: If you are using Bellamy Kitchen to obtain a business license (Food Establishment License, Retail License, Vendor License, etc.), your contract must cover the full duration of your licensing activity.
Bellamy Kitchen is located in Union City, NJ. Businesses operating from our facility must obtain a Union City Business License and are subject to a health inspection conducted by a Union City–approved health inspector.
After completing your orientation session, we will provide detailed guidance on obtaining your Union City Business License.
