Bellamy Kitchen contains 3 fully equipped commercial kitchens over 2 floors serviced by an elevator. Kitchens 2 and 3 are the culinary kitchens and can be used independently or combined. 6-8 people can comfortably work in each Kitchen 2 and Kitchen 3, 16-18 people when combined. Kitchen 1 is the raw prep & baking studio and is comfortable for 3-4 people.
The facility is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. BK tenants are given an access code and schedule bookings through the scheduling platform, The Food Corridor. We are accepting new tenants based on start date and scheduling preferences.
As you scroll through the site you will find the list of requirements to operate in a commercial kitchen with links, EIN Number/ State of NJ Business Registration, Food Managers Certificate and a Commercial Insurance Policy.
To have tenancy at Bellamy Kitchen, we require a Signed Contract, Signed Kitchen Guidelines, Security Deposit, Orientation Session and Orientation Fee. Please note that if you are utilizing Bellamy Kitchen in order to get a Business License (Food Establishment License, Retail License, Vendor License, etc) your contract must be for the duration of the license activity.
BK is located in Union City, which requires a Union City Business License and subject to a Health Inspection with a Union City approved Health Inspector. Once you have completed the Orientation Session, details on acquiring a UC Business license will be shared.
