Ben Shared Commissary Kitchens is a NYC licensed (H26) kitchen with 1,200 square-foot and an Industrial commercial ROOTS GAS METER. The gas meter Capacity is 1,500 Cubic Feet Per Hour (2 million BTU/2" gas line). This commercial kitchen and food preparation facility is designed to provide up-and-coming food retailers with an opportunity to grow their businesses by providing them with commercial kitchen space and access to professional commercial equipment.

Our goal is to provide space for a community of like-minded businesses, where we can problem-solve, support and grow together. We offer weekly shift rentals and monthly storage options in dry, cold and frozen storage.

Ben Shared Commissary Kitchens is available 24/7 access.

Before booking time in the Ben Shared Commissary Kitchens, businesses must complete the onboarding process including proof of application for a NY Dept. of Health H25 Entrepreneur Permit or 20C Permit with Dept. of Agriculture and Markets, insurance, and a New York City Food Handler's license.

Pricing

Hourly kitchen price ranges from $28-$48/hr. minimum 20 hours per month.
Long-term kitchen rentals are also available for a flat monthly fee.
One-time users, and event space rentals available upon request.
