Description

We have turned our former cheese creamery into a commercial kitchen because we saw a real need in our rural community for such a business to help farmers with value added production and other small food entrepreneurs. Aside from the standard equipment, we offer two commercial convection ovens, a Duchess, used to divide dough into up to 32 equal pieces, a meat slicer and 15 qt Hobart mixer. Lastly, we have an Alto Shaam slow smoker oven.

We are also set up to be a base for mobile kitchen units, which are required to have a base to check in with and dump waste water.

Since we are small, our prices are lower than other larger kitchens around us, making Bifrost Farms Shared Kitchen the perfect base for Food Trucks.

We are now accepting up to five more renters for our space, with weekday hours available.

Pricing

Right now, we offer rental by the hour only. A signed contract for extended use provides for a lower rate of $10/hr. Standard rate, $15/hr.

Deposit Amount

$200 refundable damage and cleaning deposit required upon contract signing.
