We own the building that houses our restaurant and catering company and currently have extra, underutilized space in our fully equipped commercial kitchen. The restaurant operates Wednesday through Saturday for dinner only, which means the kitchen is available for exclusive daytime use most of the week, in addition to regular usage.

We're an upscale catering operation, and the kitchen is outfitted with top-tier equipment: walk-in refrigerators and freezers, convection ovens, grill, mixer, fryer, slicer, and more. There’s ample space for cooking, baking, and storage, with designated dry storage and refrigeration available.

We’re looking to share the kitchen with just one other user to keep things streamlined and professional. Rates are based on hours, number of employees, and seasonality.
