Main cook line features two gas double stack convection ovens, two gas six burner ranges. Secondary grill area with 60 inch gas flat top grill. Ample walk in cooler and dry storage space. 12' stainless steel prep island in main kitchen area. 2000sqft front room has ample workstations, natural light and can be closed off from kitchen. Keypad entry 24/7 through back door. Rates start at $650 for 8 hours/week, one shelf dry and one shelf cold storage. Must have Maricopa County permit within 30 days, must have commercial liability insurance. Weekend availability limited. Looking for 2-3 more tenants, we plan to keep it a small community.
