Fresno IncuPlate provides supervised, scheduled access to a licensed commercial kitchen for food entrepreneurs producing meal prep, catering, baked goods, beverages, and value-added foods. This is a structured culinary business development program—participants receive production access, compliance oversight, and small business support. All use is program-based and non-exclusive.

The facility also features a front retail space where added-value products made by program participants can be sold, offering a unique opportunity to test products and reach customers without needing a personal storefront.

Rates

$20 per hour

$250 per day for a private production block of time

Up to 3 participants scheduled at one time (including 1 optional prep-only station)
