The Brightmoor Artisans Collective is a non-profit community center with a focus on healthy food and food systems. We are operate an incubator Kitchen, a Pop-Up Cafe, and a weekly Farmers Market in the summer.

As a food business incubator and shared use space we offer a licensed commercial kitchen, cold and dry storage, packaging area, classroom, and pop-up space; we do not have a freezer. We also welcome vendors at our farmer's market and new products for consignment in our youth-lead cafe.

Currently, we are only accepting applicants who would be licensed under MDARD.

Pricing

Members of the Incubator pay a monthly minimum of $150 and are required to make a refundable $45 security deposit when joining the kitchen. Renters who also join our Collective through an annual $45 membership fee also receive discounts on our kitchen hourly rates, storage and other entrepreneurial services. Standard kitchen rentals are $25 per hour, with special rates for members. Storage is $30/month for a rolling cage and $10 per week for fridge storage. All hourly rates and storage costs are deducted from the monthly minimum payment. If a renter exceeds the use value of $150 per month, they are invoiced for any overages.
