Our 4,000 square foot commercial kitchen, conveniently located in the South Bronx near public transportation and major highways, includes clean, semi-private cooking spaces, professional cooking equipment, and dry and cold storage space. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and offer 24-hour security. Bronx CookSpace is ideal for caterers, bakers, packaged food and beverage manufacturers, and restaurant owners looking to start and grow their business in NYC.
Bronx CookSpace is a program of WHEDco, the Women's Housing and Economic Development Corporation, a community development organization founded on the radically simple idea that all people deserve healthy, vibrant communities. WHEDco’s mission is to give the South Bronx access to all the resources that create thriving neighborhoods: from high-quality early education and after-school programs, to fresh, healthy food, cultural programming, and economic opportunity.
