Pricing
Kitchen Usage Fees – per hour
• Peak Hours (7am-8pm) $30
• Non-Peak Hours (8pm-7am) $25
Fees for hourly rates-
• CAM (1-10 hrs.) 1%
• CAM (11-20 hrs.) 2%
• CAM (21-30 hrs.) 3%
Kitchen Leases available –
• Monthly 40 hours with 3% CAM $625
• Monthly Unlimited with 6% CAM $975
Storage Fees-
• Storage Rack (Dry Storage) $75
• Speed Rack/ Sheet Pan Rack Refrigerated $75
• Speed Rack/Sheet Pan Rack Frozen $85
*With user providing their own racks. Racks must be approved by
us and meet health department standards.
