Providing commercial kitchen space, food business incubation, and workshops to entrepreneurs since 2008. We're not just a landlord, we're here to support your food business venture. We offer 1:1 business coaching, 16-week business incubation courses, industry connections, a mentor network, and help with labeling and licensing. We have a reduced rates program for entrepreneurs who are strapped for cash and relying on social services support.
Kitchen rental ranges from $15/hr - $23/hr for regular users or $30/hr for one-time kitchen users. Graduates of our program or established businesses may be eligible to have a monthly tenant arrangement.
