Capitol Street Kitchen is a hybrid retailer offering a premium commercial kitchen for short-term lease and front of house space perfect for dining, creative arts, private gatherings and content creation.

How We Can Work Together:
1. Private Events (Small Parties)
Ever considered having a private restaurant for you and up to 20 close friends to gather? With our retail space + kitchen, you can utilize our spacious front of house for your private occasion in an intimate modern setting.
2. Pop Ups (Private Tastings, Cooking Classes) Showcase your talents to a small group in a fully equipped restaurant? You can test new concepts and menus without long-term leases or large investments. Set up your temporary pop-up for a limited time, season or theme.

Rates (Holidays not included)
HALF DAY $399
(6 hours) 7am - 1pm or 2pm - 8pm
1 hour prep time, 1 hour clean up, 4 hours operational
FULL DAY $599
7am – 8pm
2 hour prep time, 2 hour clean up, 9 hours operational
$75 / every additional hour over time limit
Property must be left intact and put back in the same exact state upon rental.
$125 reimbursable damage deposit. Damage deposit returned following lease end provided no damage.
50% of rental cost plus damage deposit due upon executed contract and selected date. Balance due 1 week prior to usage.
