Carrollton Commissary is a commercial grade production kitchen located in the Carrollton/Riverbend neighborhood of Uptown New Orleans. We provide kitchen prep space for rent to food entrepreneurs, caterers, food truck operators and manufacturers. Our facility is a great place for all of your food production needs.

We offer several different tiers of rental rates that include a variety of equipment and storage options. With a flexible, 24/7 availability for rental, and good people who care about your business and success, Carrollton Commissary is New Orleans’ premiere commissary.
