Launching a food-based business can be challenging, a process containing many regulations and ample start-up costs. At the Catapult Kitchen, our goal is to make this process easier and reduce barriers to entry for companies in the culinary world.
We have a monthly minimum of 20 hours.
***Please note that we are not a fit for caterers, hot dog carts, or food trucks.***
Our kitchen space is limited, so we use an interview process to vet potential members. Please reach out to us for more information.
The Catapult Kitchen Incubator has an hourly pricing model that scales with the business that we serve. Off peak hours are 10:00 p.m. - 6:000 a.m.
$300.00 monthly minimum for 20 hours of kitchen time
- $15.00 per hour for 20+ hours ($7.50 off-peak)
- $12.00 per hour for 50+ hours ($6.00 off-peak)
- $10.00 per hour for 100+ hours ($5.00 off-peak)
