Catered to You Kitchen (CTYK) is located in Columbia MD. Our large 2000 Sqft facility targets culinary businesses in the growth stage of the business life cycle. As a licensed shared use kitchen, we provide commercial space that serves as a pathway for food entrepreneurs to launch and grow their businesses, without needing to invest in their own facility during a stage when capital and cash flow are a challenge. Catered to You Kitchen will be a key piece in building economic opportunity for entrepreneurs in the local food industry. By creating the infrastructure for local food production, the kitchen will support microenterprise development, cooking and nutrition classes, and meal preparation for the community members. CTYK mission is focused on growing businesses, creating jobs, and servicing culinary entrepreneurs with amazing food and beverage talent in which we source, recruit and train to advance careers.
CTYK provides bulk and split ingredient ordering service, Sanitation, and production supplies – cleaning solvents, paper towels, plastic wrap. Package receiving, cleaning and dishwashing services, Towel and apron laundry services, Quality assurance and compliance advising for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Meal prep consultation, and front of house services for point-of-sale meal distribution.
