Our fully licensed commercial kitchen offers multiple prep areas, with separate dish room, designated bakery space with wood tables and 4 mixers ranging from 5 qt to 60 qt, dry storage, warehouse and office space for client meetings. Walk in freezer and coolers, 3 compartment sinks, double convection ovens, deck oven, 6 burner stove, 2 stock pot stoves, double burner wok stove, 60lb fryer and meat slicer.
Requirements: Must be an established business, food manager certified and liability insurance; basic knowledge of operating commercial kitchen equipment and maintenance required.
Membership plans are based on the amount of time working in the kitchen and can be customized to fit your space, time and equipment needs. Negotiated long or short term contract agreements.
