CBG Shared Kitchen provides a licensed commercial kitchen space designed to support food entrepreneurs at every stage of growth. Built by food professionals with more than 30 years of experience operating in this very facility, we understand the challenges of running a food business and have created a space with reliable equipment, professional work areas, and a collaborative community so you can focus on building a successful brand.
Conveniently located near I-45, US-59/I-69, and the Hardy Toll Road, our centrally located facility is ideal for efficient deliveries across Houston and supports catering operations, food trucks, wholesale production, market vendors, and packaged food businesses.
Our 4,500+ sq ft facility offers multiple prep areas and prep sinks, a separate dish room, dry storage, warehouse space, and office areas for client meetings or admin work.
Equipment includes walk-in coolers and freezer, three-compartment sinks, double convection ovens, six-burner ranges, stock pot burners, griddle, and grill—everything you need to prep, cook, and scale your production in one place.
More than just a kitchen, CBG is a collaborative culinary coworking space where members connect, share resources, and grow together.
Requirements
• Established or launch-ready food business
• Food Manager Certification
• General liability insurance
• Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment and maintaining equipment
Please Note: to respect our members’ production schedules, all kitchen tours and visits are scheduled by appointment only. No walk-ins, please—just reach out and we’ll get you on the calendar!
Membership plans are based on the amount of time working in the kitchen and can be customized to fit your space, time and equipment needs. Negotiated long or short term contract agreements.
