It can be complicated to get your food business going, but our Church's goal is to support you through the process, offering 860 sq feet of commercial kitchen space, a packaging area, numerous storage options, additional parking and loading and people who know all the forms you'll need to get started. We want to see you succeed so we rent at affordable rates with flexible add-on options that change as your needs do.
We also have overnight parking, office space, conference rooms, and event space available on site for additional fees.

Pricing

Our monthly fee is $80, which includes 8 hours of Kitchen time, a dry storage shelf and a mailbox to be able to receive your company's important document at this address. Hourly rates beyond the included amount are $10-$15 respectively per non-peak and peak times. We require a security deposit and a year contract.
