We are a shared use commercial kitchen space that rents to long term small business companies. We do not currently have any space for catering companies. We currently have space for some specialty food products like cookies, candies, pies, meal prep, etc. We do not currently rent to other cake/cupcakes makers. Our lowest rate is $325.00 per month for one day per week use of kitchen in afternoons/evenings up to $800-$900 per month for full time with storage space. We have a few day shifts open on specific days of week. We require a one year lease agreement, but we do include a "90 day notice" option to vacate. So if at anytime you decide that this isn't working for you, or if you grow to where you need your own space, with a 90 day written notice you can get out of the one year agreement. Pricing

We require a monthly fee based on number of days per week you have access to use the kitchen. We do not rent hourly nor short term one day use. Our lowest monthly rental amount is $325 per month for one day per week, 3pm and later. That is less than $10 per hour based on 8 hour shifts.
