We are a shared use commercial kitchen space that rents to long term small business companies. We do not currently have any space for catering companies. We currently have space for some specialty food products like cookies, candies, pies, meal prep, etc. We do not currently rent to other cake/cupcakes makers. See our facebook page for more information including pricing. Our lowest rate is $275-$300 per month for one day per week use of kitchen up to $800-$900 per month for full time with storage space. We require a one year lease agreement, but we do include a "90 day notice" option to vacate. So if at anytime you decide that this isn't working for you, or if you grow to where you need your own space, with a 90 day written notice you can get out of the one year agreement. Pricing

We do not charge by the hour. We require a monthly fee based on number of days per week you have access to use the kitchen. Our lowest monthly rental amount is $275-$325 per month for one day per week, 3pm and later. That us less than $11 per hour based on 8 hour shifts.
