We make it EASY as we have 5 kitchens under 1 roof to choose from – no fighting over limited hours as there is plenty of space. Our commercial kitchen was awarded the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation Grand Prize and features the absolute newest/CLEANEST equipment and is ready for you to make it happen. When looking for a kitchen, don't just settle on price alone. Chef Pam's Kitchen is PASSIONATE with assisting over 40 artisans with their business goals including grocery store placement, packaging, labeling, social media promotion and selling their products in our Marketplace. Chef Pam & our culinary team is excited to work with local artisans who are eager to get their business started or grow their existing business. We have over 40 artisans that utilize our kitchen space and the joy we get is witnessing them networking together to help grow each other's sales. We have the largest Commercial Kitchen Retail area in the Waukesha area that allows our artisans to sell their products to the 1000's that attend our cooking classes, during our Winter Farmers Market and during our regular open hours. Whether it is to sell to your local Farmer’s market, at craft fairs, grocery stores, commercial kitchen for your food truck requirements or for on-line customers looking for that special item, we are here to support you. Getting Started is Simple!
* Food safety class completed (found on line or available at WCTC/MATC)
* Security Deposit of $125 & Proof of liability insurance.
* Pass state or local licensing.
* Rental is by the hour for your convenience.
* Only a 10 hour min per month
Pricing
$20 an hour to include use of all equipment, paper towels, gloves, kitchen towels and all cleaning products. Chef Pam is also available for no charge to help offer guidance, support and resources to help build your business.

$20-$22/hour depending on the kitchen used - includes use of all equipment, aprons, towels, gloves, and all cleaning products. Chef Pam & her professional culinary team is also available for no charge to help offer guidance, support and resources to help build your business.
