Calling all artisans looking for a commercial kitchen to make your culinary dreams a reality! We make it EASY as we have 4 kitchens under 1 roof to choose from – no fighting over limited hours as there is plenty of space for all. Our commercial kitchen features the absolute newest equipment and is ready for you to make it happen. Chef Pam is excited to work with local artisans who are eager to get their business started. Whether it is to sell to your local Farmer’s market, at craft fairs, grocery stores, commercial kitchen for your food truck requirements or for on-line customers looking for that special homemade item.
Getting Started is Simple!
* Food safety class completed (found on line or available at WCTC/MATC)
* Security Deposit of $125 & Proof of liability insurance.
* Pass state or local licensing.
* Rental is by the hour for your convenience.
* Only a 10 hour min per month
Pricing
$20 an hour to include use of all equipment, paper towels, gloves, kitchen towels and all cleaning products. Chef Pam is also available for no charge to help offer guidance, support and resources to help build your business.
