CJ Commissary Inc. is a Commissary Kitchen Facility featuring private, fully-equipped Prep & Catering Kitchen spaces. We are dedicated to being the local hub for established restauranteurs, start-up mobile food units, and a wide array of developing food businesses to prepare, cook, and cultivate their food products, whether it be for a one-time event, or a variety of our long-term lease options. Additionally, we welcome and enjoy lending our knowledge and years of experience to like-minded community members, regardless of where they are on their journey throughout the food preparation, and production business!

Pricing

We offer lease durations from 3 to 12 months and up to 80 hours of booking time per month. ALL MONTHLY OPTIONS INCLUDE 24/7 KITCHEN ACCESS & 24/7 FOOD STORAGE ACCESS AND DISPOSAL SERVICES FOR ONE VEHICLE.

• Key & Lock Deposit = $60.00 (Refund contingent on return of all Keys & Locks)
